Our company is 90% Apple users and 10% Windows (only Finance uses Windows).

All of them are suddenly experiencing the same issue; when they open the application Adobe Acrobat DC, they receive the error message 'the network connection to your application was interrupted'. They are then forced to sign off and back on to Citrix.

When they open Explorer, look for some PDFs, highlight them, right-click them and choose the Explorer input option 'Combine using Acrobat', Receiver crashes again with the same error message.

This is the only application that presents this issue, BUT it only happens on Windows. When I use the same user credentials and log on to Receiver for Mac, and combine PDFs, I don't have this problem.

Also Acrobat DC is fully licensed and opening/using the application straight on the Citrix server itself works fine as well. It is only when working through Windows user sessions that it doesn't work.

I've already tried downgrading Receiver on the user end to an older version, but that doesnt' work. I'm guessing this is a server-side based issue, but I can't find anything to pinpoint...

I'd be very glad if someone could point me in the right (troubleshooting) direction :)
